MCP furnishes a wide range of services intended to aid the process of selecting, designing, installing, and operating an electropolishing system. Most of the services outlined here are included with the purchase of a new process system or are available free of charge to existing customers of record.Under special circumstances, services may also be provided to others at a fee based on the general consulting services fee described above. Among the many services available from MCP are:

  • Assistance with development and manufacture of racks and fixtures.
  • Assistance with marketing programs designed to furnish job shop electropolishing services.
  • Assistance with quality goals utilizing statistical process control.
  • Audits of equipment and process for vendor or ISO qualification programs.
  • Chemical analyses of electropolishing solutions to assist with, or in lieu of, analytical testing by the client.
  • Continuing supply of consumable chemicals, equipment and components for operation of production systems.
  • Design and construction of custom equipment for electropolishing, fume removal, and waste treatment.
  • Detailed studies to determine capital investment, labor costs, and consumable costs.
  • Development of special quality control or troubleshooting techniques.
