Fees Seminars: For on-site seminars, a flat fee of US$3,500 (US$4,200 west of the Mississippi), payable in advance, is charged for the two-day seminar program. The price includes course materials for up to fifteen (15) participants. Travel and living expenses for the seminar leader are added for locations within the contiguous United States. Seminars at MCP are arranged upon request by a client company. The program requires advance payment of US$750 per participant, with a minimum of three (3) participants. The price includes lunch during the seminar and all course materials. The client company is responsible for all travel and living expenses for its personnel. Consulting Fee: US$1,500.00 per day, or fraction thereof, including travel time from portal-to-portal within the contiguous United States. Client to provide round-trip, non-restricted air travel for Consultant between Charlotte, NC, and client's plant. Client will also provide all lodging, local transportation, and meals for Consultant. All fees must by paid at least 15 days prior to departure of the MCP consultant.
