Some prospective buyers prefer to experiment with electropolishing in
their own plants before purchasing a full-sized, production system. MCP
has rental electropolishing modules available for this purpose. In addition
to a monthly rental fee, the customer must purchase the electropolishing
solution required, make a security deposit, and sign a confidentiality
agreement. MCP will credit a portion of the monthly rental fee toward
the future purchase of a complete electropolishing system. Technical assistance
for operating the system and/or conducting trials is available from MCP
on a consulting basis.

This rental unit consists of a 250-gallon
electropolishing tank (right rear), drag-out tank (left rear), 1000-ampere
DC power supply, and all necessary auxiliary equipment needed to
perform an in-house trial. A similar system with a 2000-ampere power
supply is also available for customer use. |
